Set the last date and time to join. You get a link to share on WhatsApp or your society group.

Neighbours add items
Anyone with the link joins, adds what they need and pays their estimated share.

Stores bid
At the deadline the pool becomes a bulk order. Anyone who didn't pay is left out automatically, so nobody holds up the order.

Save together
Pick the best bid. Each person pays their share of the winning price and the difference comes back to them.
